Nicola mainly deals with antitrust and consumers protection law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, compliance, regulatory and EU law, providing assistance to clients in proceedings before the Italian Authorities (Antitrust; Communications; Transports; Energy, Networks and Environment), the EU Institutions (European Commission; European Courts) and international entities (EU and World intellectual property organizations).

He is the author and co-author of legal publications on competition, consumers protection law and antitrust compliance programs.

He fluently works in English and French language.

Graduated in Law at the University of Ferrara in 1997, he is admitted to Bar since 2001.
