Nicola is a lawyer at the BSVA law firm where he mainly works in tax litigation, criminal tax law and administrative law with particular reference to public procurement.

Before joining the firm, Nicola carried out simultaneously the legal practice in an Italian law firm and the internship to art. 73 of Legislative Decree 69/2013 at the ordinary court of Vallo della Lucania.

Nicola attended a master’s degree in corporate tax law – directed by prof. Angelo Contrino- at the Bocconi Commercial University in Milan and a master’s degree in tax criminal law at the Meliusform Business-school in Milan.

He graduated from the University of Salerno with the highest marks in 2017 and in October 2021 he successfully completed the exams for obtaining the qualification to practice as a lawyer.

Nicola speaks and writes fluently in English.
