Paolo is an “of counsel” of BSVA and carries out his activity mainly in the field of data protection (EU Regulation 679/2016 – GDPR).

He has twenty years of experience in the field of data protection – privacy, during which he gave advice to leading national, foreign and multinational companies.

The advice made by Paolo allows to make companies and / or public administrations totally “privacy compliant”.

Paolo has been appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) by local public bodies, consortia of municipalities, health, banks and collection agents.

He graduated in law, with honors, from the University of Bologna in 1987.
