BSVA deals with corporate compliance in order to prevent the administrative liability from crime of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, accompanying companies and entities in the path of legality undertaken, assisting them in the preparation and implementation of organizational models, in the phase of verification of relevance and efficiency, in monitoring activities and holding positions of Supervisory Board. The firm also assists Supervisory Bodies, both through formulation of specific opinions and through compliance consultancy; it also deals with the defence of entities in legal proceedings concerning administrative liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

It also organises training courses for staff on corporate compliance and lectures.
