The Firm provides assistance in the various branches of insurance law and in regulatory issues related to the insurance business. The activity covers, among others investment insurance products (such as unit-linked and index-linked policies, linked to the performance of indices and funds), life insurance and pension products, and non-life insurance products, including guarantees and security policies.

BSVA provides ongoing assistance, both in and out of court and regulatory, to leading Italian and foreign insurance companies, institutional bodies, intermediaries and individuals active in the insurance sector. The activity ranges from preparation of opinions, drafting of general conditions of insurance contracts, negotiation of ad hoc insurance coverage, assistance with reference to prospective regulatory changes, up to the management of claims in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
