In order to ensure a complete and effective compliance with the legal regulations, the Firm prepares all formal documentation required by the EU Regulation 679/2016 and assists its clients in the part related to the adoption of the appropriate security measures and in the impact assessment of the treatments. BSVA, through its professionals, takes on the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) and offers classroom training courses for managers and employees of client companies and Public Administrations.
