BSVA has extensive experience in the organisation and management of sporting events. The team is able to assist clients, with knowledge of institutional issues (eg. relationships with organising bodies, establishing procedures and regulations) as well as, legal and commercial aspects of event delivery including implementation of specialised contracts, negotiation of athletes and leagues contracts, licensing and merchandising, brand protection, sponsorship, television rights and communication, as well as the interpretation and application of sporting rules and litigation.
