BSVA Tax team specialises in pre-litigation and tax litigation activities.
In particular, it deals with:
- assessing and implementing tax settlement tools (acquiescence, assessment with adhesion, tax amnesties)
- assisting clients in case of collection or enforcement acts issued by the Agenzia delle Entrate Riscossione
- assisting clients during tax audits/controls carried out by the Inland Revenue Service and the Guardia di Finanza
- tax appeals and opinions
- tax litigation against assessment and collection acts before Tax Commissions, Civil Courts and the Supreme Court
BSVA also assists clients in cases of customs tax assessment and cooperates with the legal department in cases of tax offences.
The Tax team collaborates with the legal area in the analysis of tax issues and to find the best solutions in the event of tax assessments.
