Alessandra joined BSVA as a Partner in 2024, she is specialized in Criminal law, particularly in the field of “White Collar Crimes and 231 Compliance”.

Alessandra advises individuals and legal entities (pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/01) and represent them in Court, handling complex trials for tax crimes, bankruptcy, work accidents, environmental crimes, railway disasters, medical liability, insurance frauds, family abuse and stalking.

In the ‘231’ area, she serves as President in some Supervisory Boards of ODVs in the banking, energy and industrial sectors. She assists with the drafting of organisational models (logistics, fashion, finance) and organises and delivers corporate training programs.

Graduated from the University of Milan in 1993, she qualified as an Avvocato in 1996 and since 2011 she has been enrolled in the Special Register of Avvocati admitted to practise before the Supreme Court of Cassazione and other higher jurisdictions.

Alessandra is a member of ECBA (European Criminal Bar Association) and EFCL (European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers).

She has been a lecturer in specialized Master’s programs provided by “Il Sole 24 Ore”, focusing on Tax Crimes and Corporate Administrative Liability pursuant tp Legislative Decree 231/2001 and has been acknowledged as one of the professionals of “Partner 24 Ore”.
