Andrea is specialised in tax and corporate matters, with a particular focus on extraordinary corporate transactions, company analysis and valuation.

He earned his degree in Business Economics from the Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza and is enrolled in the Italian Register of Accountants and Tax Advisers of Monza and Brianza, as well as in the Italian Auditors Association.
