Giovanna has been a BSVA partner since 2010. She mainly works in the area of labor and social security law, in the field of procurement law and in judicial litigation.

Giovanna has also been carrying out numerous academic activities as Subject Expert in Labor Law, both at the University of Bergamo – Law Department, Prof. Lucio Imberti – and both at the University of Milan, Faculty of Law, Prof. Maria Teresa Carinci and Prof. Armando Tursi. Giovanna has also been a lecturer (i) at the University of Bergamo, for the University Course of Higher Education in Legal, Administrative and Social Security Management of Labor Relations and (ii) at the University of Catania – Law Department for the Master’s Degree “Controversies in Labor Matters.” Moreover, she has been a speaker and an organizer of seminars and conferences.

Giovanna has previously collaborated with Lawyer Prof. M. Rubino – Sammartano of Milan, accruing a specialization in arbitration and private contracting. Furthermore, she was editor of the legal magazine Il Foro Padano and she is author of commentary notes to judgments as well as of numerous editorial notes.

She graduated from the University of Genoa and subsequently she successfully passed, in Milan, the bar exam.
