Ilaria Li Vigni is a criminal lawyer specializing in criminal law, particularly criminal administrative liability and compliance 231, and economic criminal law.
She assists individuals and legal entities (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01) in court, managing proceedings in court for accidents in the workplace, environmental crimes, crimes against the public administration, tax and bankruptcy crimes, medical liability, and crimes against the family and individuals.
She advises companies, providing training courses, preparing and drafting organizational models and codes of ethics, workplace safety and UNI 125/2022 gender equality certification and whistleblowing, and serves as a member of the Supervisory Board.
She is a trainer in courses and master’s degrees at public institutions and universities on anti-discrimination law, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and criminal administrative liability in companies.
A graduate of the State University of Milan, she obtained her professional qualification in 1990 and is registered in the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers admitted to practice before the
Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts.
Alessandra serves as a “Trusted Advisor” at the Politecnico University of Milan.
She is a member of the Union des Avocats Europeens (UAE) and the Milan Criminal Bar Association.
A freelance journalist and writer, she contributes to legal publications with commentary on court rulings and is the author of numerous publications.
Member of the Milan Court of Appeal panel for journalists’ appeals.
