Luca, lawyer since 1997 and lawyer at the supreme court since 2010, has been a partner of BSVA since 2007.

He provides legal advice and assistance in favor of private and public subjects in the field of public company law, anti-corruption, public services, tenders, urban planning-building, public employment, environment and waste, public waters, accounting and administrative liability.

His expertise in public law is accompanied by a consolidated experience in corporate organisation, labor law and health and safety in the workplace.

He deals with consultancy on the criminal liability of entities and on the application of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, preparing Organizational and Management Models as well as updating verification and risk assessment.

He is a member of some assessment bodies as well as supervisory bodies of private companies, both listed and operating on the free market.

Speaker in training courses for regulatory updating aimed at managers and operators of local authorities as well as on corporate compliance and application of Legislative Decree no. 231/01.
