Luciana joined BSVA in June 2024, dealing with commercial and corporate law and providing day-by-day extrajudicial assistance to national and multinational companies operating in different sectors.

During her professional career, in addition to significant experience in national and international commercial contracts, she has also held on several occasions the role of external legal counsel in the legal departments of various national and multinational companies.

Before joining BSVA, she worked for several years with a leading and historical Italian law firm, where she also had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge on various issues related to data protection and commercial litigation.

Luciana has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2017 and graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan with a thesis in civil law entitled “Competition and Contract”.

In 2017, she obtained a Master’s Degree in “Business & Company Law: European and International perspectives” at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, with a thesis in comparative commercial law entitled “Whistleblowing: regulatory evolution and comparative profiles”.
In 2023, she attended the specialization course in Business Contract Law at the JLS law school in Milan.
