Martina has been working with our Law Firm since 2023.

She deals with Criminal Law, Juvenile Criminal Law, White Collar Crimes, and Compliance 231.

Martina assists individuals and legal entities (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01) in both judicial and extrajudicial matters, handling the defense in proceedings concerning property crimes, tax crimes, bankruptcy crimes, environmental crimes, and workplace accidents.

She has specific experience in crimes against the person, crimes related to the family sphere, and proceedings against minors.

Martina graduated from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2021 with a thesis in juvenile criminal law entitled “Mediation in juvenile criminal proceedings.”
She obtained the training certificate “Juvenile criminal justice: the juvenile offender” from the University of Milan, for the purpose of qualifying as a public defender before the Juvenile Court.

She is a member of the “Social Responsibility of Lawyers” Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

Martina is a member of the Milan Bar since 2024.

She speaks and writes in English and Spanish.
