Bio

Monica is a jurist an lawyer specialized in labour law.
In addition to dealing with disputes that arise between employees and their respective employers, she has developed a significant experience in assisting companies in business and in personnel management, providing legal advices on contracts and note drafting and on the development of practices, internal policies, company regulations and disciplinary codes. Moreover, she assists companies in carrying out periodic internal audits in order to ensure constant corporate compliance with new regulations.

She has written numerous publications dedicated to labour law and procedural matters and she is the author of a monograph entitled “Coordinated work and project work” (Jovene, 2010).

Monica has a PHD in Personal Education and Labour Market Law and she is a Professor at the University of Bergamo (Università degli Studi di Bergamo) both for the Labour Law course (in the Economics and Law Faculty) and the Equal Opportunities course (in the Economy and Trade Faculty).

She has participated as a lecturer in several master courses and advanced vocational training courses and she has been a speaker and organizer of numerous seminars and conferences.

Since 2013, Monica is also a member of the AIDLaSS – Italian Association of Labour Law and Social Security and she has been working, for many years, as an academic assistant to the Chair of Labour Law at the University Of Studies of Bergamo, in the Faculty of Law.

She graduated from the University of Bari (università degli Studi di Bari) and profitably took the BAR exam in Brescia.

She is fluent in English.
