In BSVA, Paola has gained experience in the field of civil law and, in particular, the protection of minors and the incapables, family crisis, inheritance law, obligations and contracts, property and real rights, compensation for damages from civil liability, recovery of debt and ritual and irrelevant arbitration.

Paola is also an expert in family mediation and has been a Professional Family Mediator since 2023. Since October 2024, she has been a member of AIMEF (Italian Association of Family Mediators).

Since 2016, Paola been registered in the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers admitted to legal aid before the Supreme Court of Cassation.

Since 2007, she has been working as support administrator and guardian of incapables. She graduated in 2000 at the University of Milan and in 2003 she passed with profit, the exams to obtain the qualification of lawyer.

Paola speaks and writes fluently in French.
