Raffaele is a partner of BSVA, specialized in corporate, fiscal and financial statement matters, with a particular focus on extraordinary corporate transactions, company valuation and real estate taxation.

He earned his master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Turin and is enrolled in the Italian Register of Accountants and Tax Advisors of Turin, as well as in the Italian Auditors Association.

Raffaele is fluent in English.
