Sabina works with our Firm since 2010 and has gained significant experience in Tax law working at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte (1999-2006) and at a boutique Tax firm in Milan (2007-2010).

Sabina focuses on tax litigation by managing appeals, appeals for revocation and summonses filed with the Italian Tax Courts and with the Court of Cassation in addition to appeals in opposition to enforcement acts pending in the Civil Courts.

Sabina provides legal assistance during tax assessments enforced by the Italian Tax Authority. She further assists clients in the evaluation of deflective instruments to the tax process and provides general tax advice and team legal assistance in criminal-tax matters.

Sabina attended the Master of Tax Law directed by Professors Raffaello Lupi and Francesco Crovato and Dr. Lorenzo Barbone at Studio Andersen Legal and the EMEIA Tax School 1 course (International Tax Law – Permanent Establishment & Subsidiaries; OECD Model Tax Convention; Withholding Taxes; Introduction to VAT) at the Network Andersen Legal Study Center in Eindovheen (Netherlands).

She graduated at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and is admitted to the Milan Bar since 2006. Sabina is also admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2018.
