Vittorio has been a Partner of BSVA since 2025, focusing on Corporate, Banking and Business Crisis Law.

He assists companies, entrepreneurs and financial institutions in restructuring operations, banking litigation and wealth planning.

With over twenty-five years of experience, he has developed strong expertise in negotiated settlements, restructuring agreements under the CCII, and in advising innovative start-ups and alternative finance projects.

He graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1995 and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.

He is a member of TMA Italia and Assofintech and contributes as an author for “Il Sole 24 Ore” and Anomalie Bancarie, writing on banking, finance and corporate restructuring matters.

He speaks and writes fluently in English.
